A 40-year-old Lab City man has been charged with assault with bodily harm, assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose after a violent altercation at a Lab City convenience store that sent two men to the hospital.
RNCs were called to the IGA on Humber Avenue around 11:00am. yesterday for reports of a disturbance.
Two men believed to have been involved in the fight were located and taken to hospital.
The RNC says the investigation remains active and officers are looking for witnesses or video from the area before 11:00am.
The defendant was released to appear in court on October 11.
