Donald Trump took to Truth Social to share a blizzard of self-flattering memes, smearing Joe Biden and claiming the “deep state” is out to destroy him, filling his page with false messages and sometimes extreme images – including phrases that nod to the QAnon movement. The former president’s plunge into the dark world of right-wing memes comes after he backed dubious claims about Hunter Biden’s laptop story and insisted new revelations about the cover-up of the story mean the results of the last election should be overturned. “Well, it is now proven, definitively, that the FBI buried the HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP story BEFORE THE ELECTION knowing that if they hadn’t, ‘Trump would have easily won the 2020 presidential election,’” he wrote. “REPLACEMENT: Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the bare minimum, declare the 2020 election irretrievably compromised and hold a new election, immediately!” In the latest development in the fallout from the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, the president has hired Florida’s former attorney general to represent him going forward.

Trump’s Arizona Senate pick blames economic woes on diversity hiring at Federal Reserve
Trump-endorsed Senate candidate Blake Masters sparked controversy again this week after the Arizona Republican pinned the nation’s economic setbacks on so-called diversity hires at the Federal Reserve. “Look, I don’t care if every member of the Fed is a black lesbian,” Mr Masters said in a video shared on his personal Twitter account on Monday night. “Just get hired for their skills, not what they look like or who they sleep with.”

Big Tech Conspiracy for Failed Voter Fraud Conference, Says Mike Lindell
Another breathless exaggeration about voter fraud hosted by MyPillow CEO Mike Liddell has come and gone. Last week, Mr Lindell held yet another summit where he promised to provide evidence that massive voter fraud took place in 2020 and that former President Donald Trump should be the occupant of the Oval Office. The results were no different from his three-day live documentary or the 2021 “Cyber Symposium” — lots of promises, zero evidence. Graig Graziosi has the story.
