Man Dead Woman Injured Suspect Wanted After Fight In Rm Of Corman Park Rcmp

A 40-year-old man died and a woman was injured after an attack in the RM of Corman Park, RCMP said. According to police, the victims were traveling in a car with three other men early Monday morning when “an altercation occurred” that saw the victims attacked while the car was stopped near the intersection of Penner Road and Rural Road 350. RCMP said the three men fled in the vehicle — a white Honda Civic — after the attack, and police and paramedics found the victims at the scene. The man was pronounced dead and the woman was taken to hospital. Police did not comment on the extent of her injuries. The male victim was a resident of Corman Park, RCMP said. His family has been notified, but RCMP have not released his name. Later Monday, RCMP officers arrested two men and a woman in Saskatoon in connection with the investigation. Police said the Honda has been recovered and noted there will be a heavy police presence on Marlatte Street, where the arrests were made, as officers continue to investigate the case. The suspect, 28-year-old Ashtin Ritzand, was described as white and about six feet tall with a thin build, red hair and green eyes. “Ritzand should be considered dangerous and should not be approached,” police said.
