Reports from Ottawa indicate that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will make some changes to some portfolios, but is not believed to make major changes to some of the most senior ministries. Summa Strategies political analyst and vice-president Tim Powers says Minister Seamus O’Regan is among those rumored to be on the move. Powers says O’Regan is reportedly in Norway, but that doesn’t mean he can’t or won’t be mixed up. The House of Commons will resume sitting on September 19.
