Three of the four commercial vehicles that recently underwent cathodic inspections had to be taken off the road for various deficiencies. The RCMP and Service NL teamed up last week to conduct a commercial vehicle checkpoint on the TCH at the Pynn’s Brook inspection station. Three of the four vehicles checked went off the road. Meanwhile, a number of warnings were issued for various offences, including cargo security and breaches of Hours of Service regulations. A driver was ticketed for violating hours of service.
