Kate, now 48, and Johnny, now 58, were Hollywood’s couple when they dated from 1994 to 1998, with their relationship hitting the headlines again recently when he was called to testify in his defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard.
Speaking to British Vogue about a particularly memorable incident when they were dating, the model recalled: ‘That diamond necklace that Johnny gave me was the first diamonds I ever had. He took them out of the crevice of his a**e.’
“We were going to dinner and he said, ‘I’ve got something on my bum, can you take a look’ and I said, ‘what’ and I put my hand down his pants and pulled out a diamond. necklace. This diamond necklace.’

Talk also turned to Kate’s on-and-off romance with Pete Doherty from 2005 to 2007.
The pair were known for their love of parties and festivals, with the pair famously leading the charge at Glastonbury and inspiring a number of festival looks for their co-stars.
Discussing one of their moments at Glastonbury, he recalled: “It was really muddy that year and you had to wear wellies. It doesn’t matter what you wear on top, as long as you can get from A to B, that’s what you have to do at festivals.’
Reflecting on one of her iconic looks, she continued: ‘And those were Alexander McQueen shorts – I was dating Pete Doherty at the time so I was wearing glow in the dark beads he had given me!
“This bag survived five Glastonburys you could put so much in it, it was like a TARDIS, it was amazing.”
Kate and Pete’s relationship has come under the spotlight again recently following the release of the rocker’s autobiography, in which he detailed several of their explosive streaks.

Meanwhile, Kate’s relationship with Johnny hit the headlines once again over the summer when the model was called to testify on his behalf and squash Amber Heard’s claim that he once pushed his former supermodel down a flight of stairs.
During Amber’s deposition, the actress claimed that Johnny once pushed Kate down a flight of stairs – however, according to Kate – the actor actually helped her after she accidentally slipped.
Kate said during her deposition that Johnny never “pushed her or threw her down any stairs,” in fact, he said he took care of her after she tripped during a trip they took together to Jamaica.
“We left the room and Johnny left the room before I did. There was a storm and as I was leaving the room I went down the stairs,” he recalled, testifying via video. “My back hurt and I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened.”

She said Johnny ran back to help her, adding that he “carried her to her room and got her medical attention.”
When asked directly by Johnny’s team if the Pirates of the Caribbean star ever pushed her down the stairs, she replied: ‘No. No, he never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs,” he told the court.

Kate and Johnny dated for three years in the 90s after meeting in a New York cafe.
And as two of Hollywood’s biggest names, the stars’ high-profile romance quickly became one of the most talked-about couples of the era.
Although the pair were often seen packing on the PDA on romantic trips around the world and often attended glamorous events side-by-side, their relationship also had a darker side, embroiling the pair in scandals and controversies and leading them to appear in many titles.
They were seen getting into heated arguments more than once, and on one occasion, an argument between them led to Johnny being arrested for trashing a hotel room.
Elsewhere in her chat with the fashion bible, Kate revealed how her life changed forever after being discovered at the age of 14 by the founder of Storm Management at New York’s JFK airport.
However, looking back, she noticed that there was no support for her and her peers at the time.
“When I think about what I did at that age, I’m horrified at what was acceptable back then,” she reflected. “People wouldn’t believe it.”
She has made it her mission to ensure young models are not taken advantage of by the Kate Moss agency, which has big names such as Georgia Palmer and Stella Maxwell on its books.
She noted that her primary concern is “taking care of the kids – and if they don’t, I get really pissed.”
While Kate has had her ups and downs in the industry, she is proud of her 19-year-old daughter Lila, who has followed in her footsteps and is making a name for herself in the modeling world.
“I think she’s on her own journey and she’s found herself,” Kate mused, later adding: “She’s got a really good sense of fashion. I ask her for advice. She doesn’t ask me, I ask her.’
Are you packing it? Elsewhere in her chat with the fashion bible, Kate revealed that despite being one of the most famous supermodels in the world, she just sees modeling as a ‘means to an end’.
She recalled a conversation she had with Lila when the teenager landed her first Vogue cover, with Lila saying “Mom, it was the best day of my life.” She felt like an independent woman doing her job. She got there alone. She felt that she had reached her own body.’
Similarly, Kate also fondly remembers her first Vogue shoot, noting: “When I had my first Vogue cover I thought, OK, I’ve done it, that’s it, I don’t have to do it anymore. I think I was 19. It was really special, for me to be in Vogue was like wow, I couldn’t believe it. I have it framed at home. It’s one of my favorite pictures I think.”
However, Lila won’t be following exactly the same path as Kate, with the supermodel revealing her daughter was shocked by some of the items she wore in her youth.
Reflecting on a stunning Vivienne Westwood ensemble, she quipped: “That skirt, I have one and Lila, it’s like ‘Mummy!’ It’s so short!’ Yes, you’re supposed to see your knives.’

Kate also reflected on her famous ‘nude’ dress, a moment that made headlines in 1993 when she stepped out in a sheer metallic slip by Liza Bruce.
“I didn’t know this dress was see-through until the pictures came out the next day in the paper,” Kate admitted.
“It was the flash that made it look naked because actually the fabric when I was wearing it, when I came out I didn’t think it was that sheer. But apparently it was. I mean, if I knew I’d be talking about this thirty years later…good dress, good night.”
Kate also revealed that despite being one of the most famous supermodels in the world, she sees modeling as a ‘means to an end’.

After working with the biggest fashion brands in the world, Kate is now on a new path, launching her own wellness brand, Cosmoss.
She explained: “Modelling is a means to an end. It pays for all the things I want to do. I am funding Cosmoss myself.’
The transition to wellness may seem unexpected for the notorious party girl, and by her own admission, her adrenals and nervous system were “damaged” and she decided she needed to “fix them.”
She referenced The Big Book, a self-help book that lays out 12 steps to recovery, to help her recover, noting, “I learned to look at myself, my shortcomings, and honestly who I am. And don’t be afraid. I started meditating every day, doing transcendental meditation, wild swimming… I tried everything [new].’
