The RNC has released more information about its ongoing investigation into the disappearance of a young man from the St. John’s area. Twenty-five-year-old Joshua Nolan was last seen on the morning of August 8. Police are asking the public for any witnesses or video from the area of Torbay Road in Howley Estates to downtown St. John’s between 5:30 A.M. and 7:00 a.m. on the morning of Monday, August 8. Nolan is described as six feet, one inch tall with a slim build, blond hair and blue/green eyes. When last seen he was wearing blue shorts, black sneakers and a sweater with an orange spider pattern. Police have released a map of the area where Josh Nolan is believed to have last traveled. Anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
